QUALIFICATIONS
For Sales:
Graduate of Civil Engineering or Architecture (or equivalent)
Graduate of any 4-year course
Graduate of Civil Engineering Technology or Architectural Drafting
With or without experience but with passion for sales
Excellent communication skills and can deal effectively w/ different levels of people
For Project Engineers/Estimators:
Graduate of B.S. in Civil Engineering or Architecture
Professional License in Civil Engineering an advantage but not required
Background in actual measurement and project supervision an advantage but not required
Willing to travel
No fear of heights
For Recruitment Specialists:
Graduate of B.S. in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
At least 1 year work experience in the related field is required for this position
Preferably 1-2 years of experience in Recruitment
